1. Introduction

At Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring a transparent and hassle-free booking process. Please note that we do not offer a return or refund policy for delivered motorcycles. However, you may request a refund of the booking amount under the following conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Only the booking amount is refundable.

A refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of booking.

Refund requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for consideration.

3. Refund Process

with your booking reference number and proof of payment.

The refund will be processed within 15 business days of the request being approved.

The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used during the booking process.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The full purchase price of the motorcycle, accessories, and any customization fees are non-refundable once the motorcycle is delivered.

Any charges related to registration, insurance, or other applicable taxes are non-refundable.
