3. Booking and Purchase

Booking: A booking amount is required to reserve a Jawa or Yezdi motorcycle. This amount is refundable if a request is raised within 7 days of booking. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.

Purchase Agreement: When you proceed with the full payment after booking, you agree to complete the purchase of the motorcycle, including payment of applicable taxes, registration fees, insurance, and other charges.

Non-Refundable Items: Once the motorcycle is delivered or registered in your name, the sale is final, and no returns or refunds are allowed, except for the refundable booking amount (if applicable).

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to cancel any orders placed with incorrect pricing.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and financing options through authorized providers.

Failure to Pay: If full payment is not completed by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and any partial payments may be forfeited.

5. Warranty

Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must be processed through authorized service centers, and terms and conditions of the warranty will apply.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on the website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, is the property of Classic Legends Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

License to Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
